Adopting the new normal, the world has shifted online and to our surprise, India has evolved in a tremendous way. Though the whole world is suffering from this unimaginable disease called as Covid-19 but we cannot deny the fact that it has given us all so much to learn. The Pandemic does have its own benefits, it gave us the time we needed to focus on ourselves, on our family and our friends, to actually focus on what’s really important and made us re-think our priorities!
One such issue was the deteriorating health of our nation, the nature and Individual.
Our running lives gave us very little time to think about how important our health is, mental, physical and emotional. The rising deaths are result of our low immunity, whereas the rising number of suicides are a result of our Not-so-well Mental health. The increase in fights & divorce rates clearly indicate how emotionally un-stable we are!
This Pandemic has stopped our lives, only to make it better by showing us all the mirror and tell us to lay back and reflect on what we actually need, despite of the superficial things that we want.
Months into Pandemic & Lockdown, more people have realized the value of increasing their health.
